The Indian Women in International Relations (IWIR) Forum is a unique network of Indian Women and Women of Indian-Origin, emerging out Global Policy Insights (GPI) - a centrist Policy Research Thinktank with a vision to amplify the voices of women in the field of International Relations (IR) and International Political Economy (IPE).

NEHA DEWAN

Neha Dewan is a specialist in International Relations and Security, focusing on South Asian politics. She is a Non-Resident Fellow at TRENDS Research & Advisory, Abu Dhabi, and a Non-Resident Fellow and Project Director at Global Policy Insights (GPI). At GPI, Neha heads the Commonwealth Project at GPI as the Project Director and has been supporting the think tank since its inception. She holds an MPhil in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cambridge, following a BA (Honours) in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and an advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding (CTPB).She is the Programme Officer for Culture at the UNESCO Cluster Office for Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Maldives, Nepal, India and Sri Lanka. Her experience also includes working with various parliamentarians and international diplomats globally, and engagements with institutions such as the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the United Nations Information Centre for India and Bhutan among others.
