During the COVID-19 pandemic, countless number of migrant lives have been lost. Reasons such as poor conditions, lack of opportunities and discrimination have lead to a loss of more than 2,500 people in the first half of 2020 itself. To discuss the long-standing issue of migration, we organised a conversation with Emina Osmandzikovic on 'Research in Migration: The Data Pandemic'. Emina Osmandzikovic is an expert on human rights, migration and forced displacement - working with UNHCR Protection Unit in Jordan and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
